GER: Diesellok BR 231 DR IV

Novelty 2024: Printed version of the DR class 231 in Era IV. Based exactly on the prototype, the model has the large front and side windows of the first delivery series. Just as typical were the separately attached handrails in front of the drivers cabs and the tidy roof. Model railway enthusiasts should also be impressed by the accurately reproduced, robust bogie detailing, which can withstand the tough everyday operating conditions on the model railway. The motor, which has two flywheels, together with the heavy die-cast zinc frame and the elegant cardan shaft drive on four axles (two wheels covered with traction tyres in a diagonal arrangement) give the model excellent running characteristics and high tractive forces. The model has a modern PluX22 interface for the uncomplicated installation of a decoder. Retrofitting with sound is possible.
