Novelty 2022 With the excellently detailed model of the cult locomotives of the BR 118, PIKO creates a worthy memorial to another old German electric locomotive. The PIKO model convinces with the coherent realization of its prototype of the Bundesbahn. The fine wheel sets, the exact reproduction of the prototypical roof equipment with filigree pantographs and the exact reproduction of the front sections are to be emphasized. The cab and engine room lights as well as the front and rear lights, which function depending on the direction of travel, can be switched digitally with PluX22 decoders. The model, which has a die-cast zinc frame, has excellent running characteristics and high tractive effort. The sound version comes with a PluX22 sound decoder.
